AEG
We are proud to have AEG premier partner status, meaning that we are a recommended retailer of AEG appliances and offer exceptional services and access to exclusive benefits such as a 5 year warranty on the core AEG range. Contact Us to find out more. For all none-core appliances, we offer a standard 2 year warranty.
Omega
All our kitchens are supplied from the 1st July 2019 come with a 20 year guarantee for cabinets, hinges and draws and a 15 year guarantee for doors and ranged accessories, providing you with complete peace of mind when purchasing your kitchen.
If your kitchen was purchased before the 1st July 2019 please contact us to clarify the guarantee period that applies to your kitchen.
Schuller
We grant a 5 year guarantee for all Schuller projects, this guarantee applies exclusively to kitchen furniture parts. It shall not cover electronic components (especially electrical appliances and lamps) and their accessories, furniture knobs, furniture handles, furniture handle strips, fragile parts especially glass and any other surfaces in connection with the installation.
The guarantee begins on the day of delivery to Greentree Kitchens & Interiors. The claims under the guarantee expire immediately after the 5 year guarantee period. Guarantee services shall not extend the guarantee period nor shall they initiate a new guarantee period.
